Even though there are very few pictures to break up the masses of text, each chapter is short and sweet so as not to phase the reader, and covers topics sucg as, what material to perform, what to wear, how to get work and keep it, tips, performing with children and many more.

This is a good place to start if you are looking for quality advice on performing in restaurants. PS
